In this aggressively horrific debut film, a police squad is plunged into a blood-soaked nightmare when the officers answer a distress call only to find they are the ones in desperate need of help.
When a call for backup comes over their radio, five police officers venture deep into the Turkish countryside and find an abandoned squad car outside a dilapidated building. Dread permeates the night air as they enter the labyrinthine corridors and dank sub-levels of the building. Signs of incredible violence and mysterious rituals are everywhere. By the time the officers realize the depths of depravity they have stumbled into, it’s far too late. Their night patrol has become a waking nightmare from which there is no escape. Most horror filmmakers are content to offer a few chills, a few thrills, and then send their audiences happily into the night on their way home. Not writer/director Can Evrenol. With his feature debut, Evrenol has crafted a film so unnerving that even the most hardcore genre fans may find themselves lingering in the lobby afterwards, not wanting to leave the theater into the darkness outside.
