THE PRINCE THEATER, 1412 CHESTNUT STREET, CENTER CITY

Kick off the 24th Philadelphia Film Festival at the historic Prince Theater, Philadelphia Film Society’s newest venue, with two screenings of Anomalisa, at 6:00pm and 8:30pm. From Charlie Kaufman, writer of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Anomalisa depicts a man desperately trying to escape his life in this extraordinary piece of stop-motion animation that is as tender and humorous as itis surreal.

Followed by the Opening Night Party at 1925 Lounge.
